Meditation : Having Control on Your Mind


Meditation is the best way to avoid and remove the pimples/zits/acne from your face. Meditation makes your mind free from all the tensions and improves your concentration power.Stress is one of the cause for the skin problems.

Due to stress and tensions the skin tends to be as aged, prone to scars and wrinkles on the face.Meditation and breathing exercises not only gets you out all of these problems but also improves complexion and glow on your face.

Step1
You are going to know the best way to get rid of all the pimples on your face. Say goodbye to all medicines now. Sit on a couch or bed keeping a pillow on your back.

Step2
Make your self feel comfortable. Take a few deep breaths.

Now just try to imagine a face(Your Face)without pimples. You will find difficulty in getting a pimple-free picture of your face. Don't worry. Try again. Do it regularly for at least a week. By the end of it, you will experience the change!
